So it's the evening before I'm leaving Ireland to go back to Addis Ababa. I've enjoyed being able to catch up with as many friends as possible, though it has been quite a busy time, and inevitably I haven't been able to get round everyone! The next time I'm back in the country, I'll be around for quite a bit longer so it will be nice to be able to visit people in a less rushed fashion. One of the things that I've been able to do whilst over this side of the world is to...
I'm writing this blog update from Belfast, Northern Ireland, having taken the opportunity for a quick break from life in Ethiopia before work starts properly at Bingham at the start of August. It is nice to see their years at the school recognised. After the ceremony, there was a graduati...

For this phase, I'll be on my own with another new teacher, one to one teaching is new for me as far as language school goes. So far, though, I'm enjoying it and I get on well with this new teacher. So hopefully it will help me finish strong at all this language study!! Last week, though, the language school took a one week break, so I took the opportunity to head down to Langano again to...
