So only 5 days until Christmas day. Again, it hardly feels like it here, its just too hot haha! The big news from my end is that I'm coming home for Christmas. Due to circumstances outside of my control, I need to leave the country and re-enter on a different visa. Unfortunately, this is not something that I have a choice about. Less than 2 weeks to Christmas!

Things continue here as normal and despite it getting closer and closer to Christmas, it doesn't feel like it at all. Having Christmas music on while I write this helps a little :-) I still haven't managed to get a license plate for my motorcycle yet, so it is still sitting waiting for me. Start of the Christmas season!

So we're well into December now, getting closer to Christmas. I'm sure back home all of the shops, and town centres are littered with decorations reminding you about how close Christmas is! Well over here, things haven't really changed. In fact, a number of friends watched a film tonight, Love Actually. End of November

Another week is over, here in Addis Ababa. It’s been a fairly busy week of language school and various administrative things. Language school is going fairly well, though I’m reliably informed that things get exponentially harder as time goes on, so I shall enjoy the relaxed, relatively easy learning for the time being.
